At Elysian Journeys, we believe in complete transparency and clarity. These Terms and Conditions outline the foundational principles governing all interactions and services provided by us, ensuring a seamless and trusted partnership.

Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Elysian Journeys Ltd.'s ("Elysian Journeys", "we", "us", or "our") website, services, applications, and products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

The scope of this agreement covers bespoke itinerary planning, private jet charter, yacht rentals, luxury villa and estate bookings, exclusive experience curation, personal concierge services, security arrangements, visa and travel document assistance, and dedicated 24/7 support.

Elysian Journeys reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The effective date of these Terms is 12 January 2024. We recommend reviewing them periodically.

Luxury Travel Service Terms

Service Booking & Confirmation

All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation. A detailed proposal will be provided for your review, outlining all inclusions, exclusions, and estimated costs. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and initial deposit, as specified in your personalized proposal.

Payment Terms & Methods

Deposits are typically required at the time of booking confirmation. Final payments are due as per the schedule outlined in your proposal, usually 60-90 days prior to commencement of services. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, major credit cards, and other secure digital payment solutions. All prices are quoted in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation & Modification Policies

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the specific services booked and third-party vendor terms. Full details will be provided in your individual service agreement. Typically, substantial cancellation fees apply for cancellations made within 90 days of departure or service commencement. Elysian Journeys will endeavour to mitigate any charges where possible.

We work exclusively with trusted partners and suppliers to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and discretion. Should any aspect of your service fall below your expectations, we encourage immediate communication to allow us to address it effectively.

Force Majeure

Elysian Journeys shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government decrees, widespread illness, or civil unrest.

Liability and Service Limitations

While Elysian Journeys strives for perfection, certain limitations may apply to our services due to the inherent nature of global travel, local regulations, and third-party supplier terms. We set reasonable expectations by clearly communicating any potential constraints or specific requirements before booking.

Third-Party Supplier Liability

Elysian Journeys acts as an agent in arranging travel services with third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, yacht charter companies, private jet operators). We do not own or operate these suppliers. Therefore, we generally limit our liability for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of such third-party suppliers. We meticulously vet all partners to ensure exceptional standards, but their direct liability remains with them.

Insurance Requirements

Travel insurance is not included in our service fees and is strongly recommended for all clients. Comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, and baggage loss is crucial for your peace of mind. We can provide recommendations for reputable insurance providers.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve matters amicably. Should an amicable resolution not be possible, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration as a primary means of resolution. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

Client Obligations and Service Expectations

Accuracy of Information

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information regarding all travelers, preferences, and requirements. Any changes to contact details or travel documents (e.g., passport validity, visa status) must be communicated to Elysian Journeys promptly.

Payment Obligation

Clients are obligated to remit all agreed-upon payments (deposits, final balances, modification fees) by the specified due dates. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposits.

Cooperation & Communication

Effective planning and seamless execution of your journey require your active cooperation. Please respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner. We are available for communication during standard business hours and for emergencies via our 24/7 dedicated support lines.

Service Modifications Initiated by Client

Requests for modifications to confirmed services should be made in writing. While we will endeavour to accommodate changes, additional fees from suppliers or Elysian Journeys may apply, and not all modifications are guaranteed to be possible. Our team will advise on all implications.
